Job Summary

Peco Foods is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the HR department, managing HR projects, and overseeing compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Project Management: Assist in the development and implementation of HR projects to support the overall HR strategy.
  • Employee Relations: Oversee and administer the employee relations system, track and report on trends, and provide guidance and interpretation for business operations.
  • HR Data and Analysis: Manage and support HR data and analysis, including reporting and analysis of HR metrics.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
  • Talent Management: Participate in the development of organizational guidelines and procedures, and assist in the development and execution of personnel procedures and policies.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR or a related field
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality, thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
