">Job Description:Biomaterials Product Manager

This key position supports the Director of Biomaterials in marketing BioHorizons product lines, aiming to achieve company objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for new products, enhancing existing ones, and managing the entire product life cycle from concept to discontinuation.
  • Providing expert training on products and techniques to both internal and external customers, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization.
  • Managing the sample inventory for sales, sub-offices, and educational activities, guaranteeing timely access to high-quality samples.
  • Collaborating closely with leadership to maintain clinical and technical superiority over competitors through field visits, regular literature review, and active participation in key meetings and conferences.
  • Supporting marketing communication initiatives, assisting with international marketing efforts, and developing engaging traditional and digital marketing materials that align with brand standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of market trends, providing insightful reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

To excel in this role, you'll require strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Positive attitude, customer service orientation, and strong communication skills are essential. A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required, with 2-3 years of marketing experience in the dental or medical device industry. MBA preferred.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing multiple products across various stages of their lifecycle.
  • Expertise in medical device regulations and quality management systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, build strong relationships, and adapt to changing priorities.
