Tire Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tire Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at American Tire Distributors. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within assigned accounts, leveraging advanced analytics tools and your expertise to increase customer profitability and grow our share of the market.
About the Job:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by Director of Sales and Regional President.
- Analyze customer needs and develop data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and optimize customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, delivering tailored sales solutions that meet their unique needs and drive business results.
- Sell a differentiated customer experience based on data and analytics, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.
- Maximize sales opportunities through targeted sales calls, product demonstrations, and other strategic initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital business solutions, including B2B platforms and analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution, preferably in a field such as business, marketing, or economics.
