Job Title: Adult Crisis Intervention Specialist

Elwyn is seeking a skilled Adult Crisis Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a member of our Crisis Intervention and Stabilization Team (CIST), you will provide intensive therapeutic services to adults in home and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop individualized resiliency plans, incorporating strengths and therapeutic needs assessments.
  • Collaborate with clients and families to identify necessary support services and develop plans for implementation.
  • Provide person-centered, individual psychotherapy using a strengths-based approach.
  • Respond to crisis situations using agency-trained protocols and make referrals to community services as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Community Support Program principles and cultural competency standards.
Requirements:
  • Licensed mental health clinician or Master's degree in a clinical mental health discipline.
  • At least one year of verified post-Masters experience providing psychotherapy/counseling to adults.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based services, Community Support Program principles, and cultural competency.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage multiple priorities.
