Customer Experience Supervisor

About the Role: At Whizz, we're looking for an experienced Store Administrator to manage our e-bike store's day-to-day operations in New York. The successful candidate will oversee customer service, inventory tasks, and operational tasks while working closely with our inventory specialist.
Compensation Package: This role comes with an estimated annual salary of $60,000, plus performance-based quarterly bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless store operations, including managing inventory levels, coordinating with the inventory specialist, and monitoring the performance of the mechanics team.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, sales targets, and operational efficiency.
- Supervise and support store staff, including customer service representatives and mechanics, to ensure effective task delegation and smooth daily operations.
- Manage customer relationships, perform minor bike adjustments, and oversee invoicing workflows to enhance service delivery.
