Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Experience Lead to join our team at Virgin Hotels New York. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Office Operations: Manage the front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest requests.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of front desk agents, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of front office agent experience or similar customer service supervisor experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills; ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
What We Offer
