Key Responsibilities

  • Formulates recruitment strategies and manages the complete recruitment cycle for various positions, particularly focusing on operational roles.
  • Utilizes advanced recruiting resources and tools to proactively source candidates.
  • Collaborates with hiring and HR managers to devise proactive approaches to address talent shortages.
  • Gains insights into business needs, organizational plans, and candidate qualifications by building partnerships with designated business units.
  • Acquires a solid understanding of business operations, including clients, competitors, products, markets, and key performance indicators to assist in effective talent placement.
  • Conducts interviews, both via phone and in-person, and refers qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Presents job offers by articulating the organization's values, strengths, and opportunities.
  • Works in tandem with the HR team to identify inefficiencies in the hiring to onboarding process, propose solutions, and effectively communicate successful changes.
  • Maintains relationships with professional networks and organizations to enhance knowledge and obtain referrals.
  • Researches current best practices in recruitment to recommend process improvements.
  • Keeps detailed records of requisition status, candidate evaluations, and selection decisions. Develops proficiency in the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to optimize its use.
  • Contributes to special projects and initiatives as necessary.
  • Other duties/projects as assigned.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to facilitate change and manage processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and a commitment to achieving staffing objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of systems, including social recruiting platforms such as Taleo, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

The hourly wage for this role is anticipated to be around $35.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on various factors. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
