Position: Site Service Specialist for Automotive Applications

Location: Avon Lake, OH

Contract Duration: 7 months

Working Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a sales or service role, ideally in a client-facing environment.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and exceptional customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective interaction with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and technical leadership.
  • Strong computer skills with a solid understanding of phosphate coatings, adhesives, and sealants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee site and service operations in support of a major automotive original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
  • Engage with automotive pretreatment systems, sealers, underbody applications, and other relevant processes.
  • Conduct daily testing and quality assessments to ensure compliance with established specifications.
  • Document findings and prepare reports for client management and team members.
  • Maintain effective communication with plant personnel across all levels.
  • Formulate and implement effective account management and service strategies to foster new business opportunities while ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Manage and allocate organizational resources to deliver outstanding customer and technical support.
  • Facilitate swift problem resolution and provide technical and product management assistance across various technology platforms.
  • Uphold the company's high standards and professional image.
  • Process orders, monitor shipments, and track deliveries.
