  • Demonstrated experience in handling intricate employee relations matters.
  • Preferred experience in multi-state compliance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, schedules, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
