About the Role: Join Amazon Vendor Services as a Vendor Relationship Manager, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the operational success of our top vendor partners. This position offers the flexibility to work from various approved locations based on business requirements.

Your Impact: In this role, you will take charge of the tactical execution of strategies and initiatives that significantly affect both vendors and customers. Your expertise in data analysis and relationship management will empower you to provide insightful recommendations that drive operational excellence and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for vendor inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives across marketing, supply chain, and merchandising.
  • Utilize various platforms to craft product messaging, monitor inventory, and analyze sales performance.
  • Extract and interpret data from multiple sources to present actionable insights to vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal operational performance and support vendor growth.
  • Deliver tailored reports that align with vendor objectives and growth strategies.
  • Educate vendors on Amazon tools, policies, and growth opportunities.
  • Propose promotional strategies to assist vendors in achieving their revenue targets.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements across the team and organization.
  • Manage complex vendor accounts and projects to meet established goals.

Qualifications:

Basic:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in data analysis and performance assessment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder influence skills.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptability to change and comfort with ambiguity.

Preferred:

  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in account management, sales, or related fields.
  • Experience in retail, technology, or consumer goods industries.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Tableau or Salesforce.
  • Experience in e-commerce and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
