  • Act as a knowledgeable business consultant in areas such as Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Infrastructure.
  • Enhance and strengthen existing client relationships by serving as their primary contact.
  • Leverage Randstad Digital's strengths to establish recognition as a leader in digital transformation across cloud and infrastructure, customer experience, data & analytics, and product engineering.
  • Collaborate closely with project and program management teams to ensure successful project delivery through an integrated approach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients and internal partners to maximize account growth.
  • Lead the implementation of new agreements aimed at exceeding revenue and profit expectations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in staffing, technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in expanding services within assigned accounts.
  • Proven ability to cultivate long-lasting relationships based on integrity.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasive skills.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • A track record of exceeding performance targets.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
