- Apply your industry expertise and thought leadership to conceptualize how technology can revolutionize our clients' operations, enhancing customer experience and engagement.
- Act as a knowledgeable business consultant in areas such as Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Capital Markets, or Infrastructure.
- Enhance and strengthen existing client relationships by serving as their primary contact.
- Leverage Randstad Digital's strengths to establish recognition as a leader in digital transformation across cloud and infrastructure, customer experience, data & analytics, and product engineering.
- Collaborate closely with project and program management teams to ensure successful project delivery through an integrated approach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients and internal partners to maximize account growth.
- Lead the implementation of new agreements aimed at exceeding revenue and profit expectations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in staffing, technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in expanding services within assigned accounts.
- Proven ability to cultivate long-lasting relationships based on integrity.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasive skills.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- A track record of exceeding performance targets.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
