Job Summary

PNC is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager II to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service, building trust, and delivering value to clients.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or marketing.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
