  • Guarantee that all team members possess the necessary certifications in food safety and alcohol service.
  • Maintain high standards of financial performance, product quality, staff management, customer service, and safe food handling in alignment with company expectations and budgetary constraints.
  • Effectively manage the operations of designated area locations.
  • Prioritize food quality and sanitation while enhancing guest service experiences.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of relevant industry experience is essential.
  • Certification in ServeSafe/ServeSafe Alcohol is mandatory.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience is crucial.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
  • Must successfully complete a mandatory (or random) drug screening in accordance with company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
  • Pass a background check for individuals aged 18 and above, covering credit, criminal history, driving records, previous employment, education, and personal references, in accordance with company policy, unless restricted by federal, state, or provincial law.
