Job Summary

Main Event is seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your primary goal will be to partner with our guests to understand their needs and create a tailored experience that exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold cleanliness and safety standards
  • Engage with guests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Understand event packages and add-ons
  • Schedule and coordinate events
  • Utilize systems to input sales revenue and guest information
  • Partner with the Sales Manager to exceed sales targets
  • Prospect for new business opportunities
  • Support local store marketing initiatives
  • Attend sales meetings to share strategic ideas

Requirements

  • Prior food and beverage or retail experience
  • Guest-focused mindset
  • Teamwork and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in software such as Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication skills
  • Availability to work varied shifts
