• Act as the point of contact for Access Management Team (AMT) related escalations, efficiently resolving issues and customer concerns.
• Adhere to and maintain comprehensive and accessible desk-side procedures, ensuring they are effectively utilized by the AMT.
• Serve as a vital member of the team, coordinating day-to-day operations and ensuring the completion of tasks with a special emphasis on compliance mandates.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with business area clients by providing outstanding customer support, resolving issues promptly, and meeting needs and deadlines in a professional manner.
• Participate in staff training sessions on current and forthcoming system functionalities to enhance AMT performance.

Requirements:

• The ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work within sensitive and confidential environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies.
