Job Overview:

This role involves tracking the status of product returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery timelines. Additionally, the specialist may coordinate field service repair appointments and respond to requests for supplementary company materials. Maintaining comprehensive records of returns, schedule modifications, product updates, pricing adjustments, and resolving credit issues is also essential. The position typically involves routine assignments where limited judgment is required, with detailed instructions provided for all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input information into various systems.
- Perform data entry across multiple applications.
- Occasionally manage inbound and outbound communications with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless experience for callers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Exhibit flexibility in work scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Experience in pharmacy and call center environments, with a keen attention to detail and strong data entry capabilities.
- A minimum of three years of customer service experience, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and openness to cross-training in additional areas, including phone support. Consistent attendance is essential.
Compensation: $17.00/hr
Employment Type: Temporary
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 1130a-8p
