Job Title: Client Service Specialist at Thrivent Financial
The position of a Client Service Specialist is essential in enhancing the efficiency of financial advisors. In this role, you will manage daily tasks, including responding to client service inquiries, executing post-meeting responsibilities, maintaining client records, and performing various administrative functions as needed within Thrivent Financial.
About the Role:- Salary range: $45,000-$65,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondence, reports, and special assignments
- Coordinate various projects and initiatives
- Arrange client meetings
- Update client data in Salesforce
- Assist in preparing for client meetings and follow-ups
- Conduct product and pricing research
- Respond to client inquiries
- Process trade orders and applications
- Guide clients in managing their accounts
- Oversee fund transfers and account documentation
- Extract reports from the system
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Lead Advisor
- Previous experience in the industry is preferred
- Securities and registration certifications are mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong planning and organizational abilities

- Work closely with all roles within Thrivent Financial
