Hi-Speed Industrial Service is seeking dedicated individuals for immediate openings as Overhead Crane Service Specialists. Our ideal candidates will possess a strong customer service orientation and a commitment to excellence in Field Service. The primary responsibilities include the inspection, diagnosis, and repair of overhead crane systems. Familiarity with mechanical components such as gear drives, bearings, couplings, wire rope hoists, chain hoists, VFD controls, and remote radio controls is highly valued.

All candidates must successfully complete a drug and alcohol screening, as well as a background investigation.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Ability to collaborate with site engineering teams regarding equipment status.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills across all organizational levels (written, computerized, and verbal).
  • Solid electrical knowledge with a focus on control systems is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with VFD, vector, and PLC controls and programming.
  • Understanding of electric motor testing.
  • Certification in OSHA hoist and crane inspection.
  • Knowledge of millwright practices.
  • Mathematical skills are an advantage.
