NOW HIRING a CLIENT RELATIONSHIP SPECIALIST:
The Client Relationship Specialist will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing strong connections with clients while assisting them in reaching their financial aspirations. You will deliver tailored banking services and guidance, execute transactions, and advocate for banking products and services that align with the individual needs of our clients.

- Promote and sell a range of banking products and services to fulfill clients' financial requirements, including deposit accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options.
- Clarify product features and advantages, assisting clients in making well-informed choices.
- Accurately open and close accounts in accordance with banking protocols and regulations.
- Efficiently and accurately process client transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
- Comply with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence and mitigate risks.
- Safeguard client information and maintain confidentiality against unauthorized access.
- Deliver exceptional service to all clients, ensuring their banking needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Handle client complaints and inquiries with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or sales within the banking sector.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of mortgage lending or experience in underwriting or processing is essential.
- Management experience is required.
