Client Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team at JobsRUs. This role is essential in ensuring seamless communication and support for our clients.
Compensation:
Pay ranges from $19 to $23 per hour.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the operational processes, including but not limited to: processing client orders, confirming orders, communicating with carriers, and managing general account records.
- Engage professionally and promptly with clients via phone or written communication to provide information and support for daily inquiries.
- Actively participate in maintaining the accuracy of account information within the company's internal systems.
- Provide departmental support functions as assigned by management.
- Utilize the company’s information systems for tasks related to client accounts, including order entry and inventory inquiries.
- Complete daily reports and worksheets as required by both clients and management.
- Ensure accurate order entry and timely communication of information to staff.
Client Interaction:
- Address customer billing inquiries and maintain records of customer interactions, detailing inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Proactively contact clients to respond to inquiries or update them on order statuses.
- Assist in tracking client activities and maintaining daily spreadsheets.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, or in person to provide information about products and services, take orders, or gather details.
- Manage monthly billing tasks, including closing and entering charge codes for orders.
Documentation:
- Prepare necessary documents such as work orders, shipping orders, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a distribution or fulfillment environment is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong data entry capabilities with attention to detail.
