About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Waterpark. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants, providing exceptional guest service, and leading a team of dedicated hospitality professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the management team in achieving high guest satisfaction and driving sales growth.
  • Create a welcoming and festive atmosphere for guests to enjoy while dining in our restaurants.
  • Directly supervise a team of food and beverage staff, providing coaching, training, and recognition to ensure excellent performance.
  • Oversee the scheduling of team members, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing guest issues.
  • Embodies the true meaning of a servant leader by ensuring excellent guest service at all levels.
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent required.
  • Prior hospitality experience preferred, with a focus on food and beverage operations.
  • Previous leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Eye for detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic.
