Key Responsibilities

As the primary point of contact for guests and team members, your role will encompass the following duties:

  • Accurately balance daily financial transactions, including cash, vouchers, credit cards, and in-house charges.
  • Verify and finalize daily reservation lists while providing support to colleagues in the department.
  • Process approved payment methods in accordance with accounting standards, ensuring full accountability.
  • Adhere to all departmental cash and check handling protocols.
  • Welcome all guests in your vicinity with a friendly demeanor.
  • Document information related to services provided.
  • Maintain accountability for cash drawer and bank transactions as per company policies.
  • Engage in the company’s monthly Goals & Measurements Program.
  • Deliver exceptional service to both owners and guests.
  • Manage POS system responsibilities according to established guidelines.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
  • Keep accurate records for the department.
  • Follow procedures for guest walk-outs.
  • Complete assigned opening, running, and closing tasks.
  • Comply with departmental training standards.
  • Timely forward vendor invoices and item detail slips to your supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with departmental vehicle and key security protocols.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and guests in a service-oriented manner.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test, along with proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
