Position Overview

HOMELAND LLC is seeking dedicated Acute Care Nursing Assistants (NAC/CNA) to enhance our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities

  • Address and fulfill patients' immediate care requirements.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain a high standard of professional accountability in all duties.
  • Uphold a positive representation of the healthcare facility.
  • Implement proper infection control measures during patient interactions.
  • Work autonomously while effectively managing time and resources under the guidance of nursing staff.
  • Demonstrate the necessary knowledge and skills to cater to the needs of the patient population served.
  • Adhere to departmental, hospital, and safety protocols, as well as educational and personnel policies.
  • Comply with the Corporate Compliance Program and uphold confidentiality standards.
  • Support and embody the Mission and Values Statement of HOMELAND LLC.
  • Engage in Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance customer service.
  • Develop and refine self-management skills.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Preferred: One year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in an acute care environment.
  • Must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Washington State.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is necessary.
  • Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in English and Spanish, are preferred.
  • Ability to effectively engage with a diverse patient population.

Additional Information

HOMELAND LLC offers a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 based on experience.
