- Address and fulfill patients' immediate care requirements
- Collaborate seamlessly with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain professional accountability in all assigned duties
- Represent the organization positively in all interactions
- Implement proper infection control measures during patient care
- Work autonomously while efficiently utilizing time and resources under nursing supervision
- Exhibit the knowledge and skills necessary to cater to the specific needs of the patient population
- Comply with departmental, hospital, and safety protocols, as well as educational and personnel policies

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred: One year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in an acute care environment
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Washington State
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Bilingual candidates, particularly in English and Spanish, are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population

We offer a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 based on experience.
