Job Summary and Qualifications
We are in search of a Postpartum Registered Nurse for our Mother and Baby Department. You will deliver clinical expertise to ensure that all patients receive high-quality, efficient care in a demanding environment.

We are a supportive team that values collaboration and are looking for a dedicated individual who shares our commitment to exceptional patient care.


Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of mothers and/or mother-baby pairs following delivery.
  • Instruct patients and families on medications and treatment plans.
  • Maintain and review patient records, including test results and examinations.
  • Administer medications as per physician orders.

Requirements:
  • Must hold a valid Florida Registered Nurse license or appropriate compact licensure.
  • Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
  • Previous experience in an acute care setting is strongly preferred.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
  • Strong critical thinking, service excellence, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
