Job Title: Senior Technical Systems Specialist

Arcfield is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission to protect the nation and its allies through innovations in digital transformation, space mission engineering, and launch assurance.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and manage meetings for various stakeholders, including senior leadership, staff, and working groups.
  • Solicit stakeholders for briefing topics, coordinate with speakers, compile briefings, and prepare agendas.
  • Provide meeting minutes, highlights, slide decks, and Excel/Office spreadsheets.
  • Provide relevant discussion topics for future meetings.
  • Draft clear, concise, and accurate correspondence on behalf of the principal, emulating their style and voice.
  • Format, proofread, and edit correspondence and review other documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, grammar, and conformance with guidance.
  • Respond directly to inquiries and take action to facilitate resolution of a range of inquiries and concerns related to the supported mission.
  • Track assigned actions to ensure completion and response.
  • Correspond with internal and external contacts.
  • Seek information from internal and external resources to provide background information to the principal as required.
  • Manage internal business actions, identify internal and external dependencies, and apply decision analysis to ensure tasks and action progress at a rate commensurate with organizational operations tempo.
  • Facilitate engagement sessions with mission partners and/or other forums.
  • Develop standard operating procedures and associated documentation.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and improve office workflow.
  • Interact with multiple stakeholders to assess, understand, document, and manage requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 12-15 years of experience or a master's with 10-13 years of experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline.
  • ACTIVE TS/SCI with Poly clearance.
  • Ability to fully coordinate master project schedules.
  • Ability to coordinate information flow between all programs and organizational managers.
  • Ability to establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware and software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem.
Equal Pay Act:

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, Arcfield invests in its employees beyond just compensation. Arcfield's benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Short Term and Long-Term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections. Min: $117,079.02 Max: $281,339.14
