Senior Behavior Specialist Opportunity

Total Spectrum Care is seeking a highly skilled Senior Behavior Specialist to join our team of 500+ Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) committed to delivering exceptional care to children with autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight and supervision to a team of behavior technicians
  • Mentor and support the development of behavior technicians
  • Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources
  • Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision
  • Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings
  • Treat the safety of clients and others involved in each case as a top priority
  • Consult with clients and provide continuous program direction and maintenance
  • Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions
  • Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures
  • Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately and timely
  • Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in the principles of assent-based treatment

Requirements:

  • Masters degree or enrolled in Masters degree program
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within 12 months of obtaining a masters
  • Supervision hours in progress or completed (as outlined by the BACB requirements)
  • Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
