About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at NICE. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new leads through prospecting and networking, including cold calling and leveraging marketing and PR activities
  • Make sales presentations to customers and prospects at all levels, addressing product uses, benefits, competitive advantages, and business terms
  • Target account selling, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, and scoping, as well as closing strategies and negotiations
  • Coordinate and participate in contract negotiations
  • Represent NICE at industry conferences and association meetings
  • Partner with Marketing on leads from trade shows and demand generation campaigns
  • Manage the sales process, record, and document all activities in CRM
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of NICE solution offerings
  • Meet or exceed quota expectations
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in selling Software as a Service (SaaS) applications into a major vertical
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Sales methodologies, such as Sandler, Challenger, SPIN, Solution, etc.
  • Proven sales track record with deal sizes $25k-$250k
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
  • Excellent negotiation, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills, with executive presence
  • Ability to travel
