Customer Success Manager

At FrontStream, we're revolutionizing fundraising through our all-in-one platform, Panorama. We're seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team and help our customers achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement a customer journey plan to enhance the customer experience.
- Manage ongoing customer needs to drive high customer retention and volume.
- Become an expert in product offerings.
- Develop authentic relationships with key decision makers.
- Analyze product usage and identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide strategic product and set-up recommendations.
- Work closely with the Customer Support team to provide consistent communication and outstanding service.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of customer-facing experience in a Support, Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, or Project Management role.
- Training, coaching, or leadership experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivation and active listening skills.
- Dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
- Positive, approachable, and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational and project planning skills.
