Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement a customer journey plan to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage ongoing customer needs to drive high customer retention and volume.
  • Become an expert in product offerings.
  • Develop authentic relationships with key decision makers.
  • Analyze product usage and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide strategic product and set-up recommendations.
  • Work closely with the Customer Support team to provide consistent communication and outstanding service.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of customer-facing experience in a Support, Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, or Project Management role.
  • Training, coaching, or leadership experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and active listening skills.
  • Dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Positive, approachable, and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and project planning skills.
