Salary Range: USD $73,900.00 - $133,700.00 per year

Role Overview:
As a Revenue Integrity Service Line Analyst, you will work under the guidance of the Revenue Integrity Assistant Director. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting thorough data collection and producing insightful reports.
  • Performing in-depth financial analyses to support internal operations and revenue cycle functions.
  • Monitoring charge capture activities and assisting in automation initiatives.
  • Collaborating with revenue cycle partners on system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
Your essential duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Developing and recommending improvements to policies and procedures for optimal system utilization.
  • Writing comprehensive analytical reports and summarizing data relevant to assigned issues.
  • Conducting extensive analyses, including benchmarking and performance improvement assessments.
  • Monitoring daily charge processing and addressing issues proactively.
  • Contributing to project plans for system upgrades and programming enhancements.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Ability to interpret governmental and commercial payer regulations.
  • Proficient in working collaboratively with various levels of healthcare personnel.
  • Experience in transforming master files into actionable reports.
  • Familiarity with Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) and Diagnosis codes (ICD-9 and ICD-10).
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and hospital billing systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Access and Excel.

Preferred:
  • Experience with Tableau and SQL.
  • Certification as a CHP professional from AHIMA.
  • CPC-H or CPC coding certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
