Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with leadership to determine workforce requirements
- Overseeing the complete recruitment lifecycle
- Addressing employee relations and mediating conflicts
- Managing employee benefits programs
- Ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations
- Facilitating performance appraisal processes
- Organizing employee training and development programs
- Engaging in special initiatives and events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
- At least 7 years of HR experience within a manufacturing environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- HR certification is advantageous
