About the Position:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Consultant.
Job Description:
- Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including online and phone interactions.
- Guide customers through the car buying process, from initial inquiry to delivery.
- Ensure seamless transitions between online and in-store experiences.
- Mentor and support colleagues to enhance overall team performance.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven sales and customer service experience (retail preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High motivation to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in computer software and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to adjust schedules periodically based on business needs.
- Meeting minimum technical requirements.
- Residency in Wisconsin required.
- Living within one hour of the CEC location essential.

Compensation Package:
