  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in customer relations or account management

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
