Responsibilities:

As an Academic Mentor and Child Development Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of our students">
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create a stimulating learning environment that promotes cognitive, social, and emotional growth">
  • Evaluating student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development">
  • Maintaining open communication with parents through regular updates and parent-teacher conferences">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 18 years of age">
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent">
  • Extended experience in a childcare setting, preferably in a leadership capacity">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating a safe and nurturing environment">

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $17.00 - $22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, dental insurance, health insurance, and retirement plan options.
