Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at FranPartners. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pursue strategic relationships with realtors, property managers, roofers, and other referral partners to drive sales growth.
  • Self-generate leads and prioritize building strong relationships with customers to increase sales.
  • Estimate projects accurately and provide quotes to customers within 24 hours.
  • Manage and schedule subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identify potential issues and make timely decisions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Upsell additional services to ongoing projects and customers.
  • Consistently follow up with existing leads to ensure timely decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Ability to drive sales and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Traveling within the territory on a daily basis, with a clean driving record.
  • Self-motivated, with superb time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of personal computers, cell phones, and software programs.
  • Two (2) years or more of B2B and B2C sales and estimating experience, preferably in a painting company.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
Compensation Package:

$70,000 to $110,000 (draw + commission), Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits, Company Vehicle, PTO, Bonus opportunities.
