Job Summary:

C and C Roofing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofing Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for supervising laborers and roof technicians, ensuring the successful completion of roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety First: You will be responsible for ensuring that all company safety standards and policies are adhered to, and that all crew members are aware of and follow safe practices and guidelines.
  • Carpentry Knowledge: You should have a solid understanding of basic carpentry principles and practices.
  • Roofing Expertise: You will be expected to have a broad knowledge of all roof products and installation methods, including single-ply, tile, shingle, and TPO.
  • Crew Management: You will be responsible for leading and managing a crew of laborers and roof technicians, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication Skills: You must be able to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management, providing clear and concise updates on project progress.
  • Time Management: You will be responsible for ensuring that all crew members are on-site and on-task, and that all projects are completed on time.
  • Customer Service: You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Professionalism: You will be expected to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing C and C Roofing in a positive and respectful manner.

Requirements:
