Position Overview:
We are in search of an RF Technician II to join our team in a pivotal role that encompasses a variety of responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Perform tower climbs for the installation, replacement, and repair of antenna systems and related equipment.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing tools and materials pertinent to the telecommunications field.
  • Acquire skills in assembling antenna frames, antennas, RRU/RRH, as well as Power and Fiber Distribution systems in accordance with industry standards.
  • Learn to install coaxial cables, power, and fiber trunks to ensure dependable RF signal transmission.
  • Gain expertise in tower stacking and modification techniques.
  • Recognize and address hazards associated with tower climbing and construction activities.
  • Troubleshoot and document equipment malfunctions.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while collaborating with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Be prepared to travel and work under various weather conditions.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working at heights and engaging in physical activities such as climbing, bending, and lifting (up to 50lbs).
  • A valid Driver's License or CDL is advantageous.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Excellent listening skills with a strong desire to learn.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug and background checks.
  • Preference for local candidates.
