Position Overview:
We are in search of an RF Supervisor who will oversee operations at our designated sites, ensuring that all activities align with project timelines and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily site operations to ensure compliance with project schedules and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate daily documentation for the site and crew, including project closeout materials.
  • Execute job instructions as directed by management.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality control protocols at all times.
  • Compile and submit site-specific closeout documentation to client systems.
  • Collaborate with client representatives on site-related tasks while fostering positive relationships.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to crew members to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all equipment and vehicles are maintained in operational condition.
  • Be prepared to travel as required for job assignments.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proven skills in construction techniques, rigging, safety protocols, and general industry knowledge.
  • Certifications in First Aid, Safety, Rescue, Wiltron, Anritsu, Fiber, PIM, CPR, and Connector attachment.
  • Strong organizational, computer, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to interpret and implement Construction Drawings (CDs) and RF Data Sheets for accurate project execution.
  • Experience in assembling antenna sector frames, antennas, RRU/RRH (Remote Radio Units/Remote Radio Heads), and Power and Fiber Distribution systems to industry standards.
  • Proficient in installing coaxial cables, power, and fiber trunks, ensuring reliable RF signal transmission.
  • Skilled in PIM and Sweep Testing.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and comply with company vehicle policies.
  • Ability to create a safe work environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with an emphasis on teaching and enforcing proper work and safety protocols.
  • Capable of climbing towers, lifting up to 50 lbs., and occasionally working extended hours.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
  • Local candidates preferred.
