The Role: RF Technician

We are seeking a dedicated RF Technician to join our team in Henderson, NV. As an RF Technician, you will play a vital role in installing, replacing, and repairing antenna systems equipment on communication towers. This position offers the opportunity for growth and development within the dynamic telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master the safe practices of climbing and working on communication towers.
  • Effectively utilize tools and materials to execute tasks according to specifications.
  • Identify and mitigate potential hazards associated with tower climbing and construction activities.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to site safety awareness and adherence to established protocols.
  • Execute assigned tasks in accordance with established procedures.
  • Troubleshoot equipment performance issues and provide detailed reports.
  • Maintain professionalism and effective communication when collaborating with team members and supervisors.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel overnight and work in various weather conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a self-motivated and organized approach with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Be comfortable working at heights and performing physical tasks such as climbing towers, squatting, bending, and lifting (up to 50lbs).
  • Hold a valid driver's license; possession of a CDL is advantageous.
  • Exhibit excellent listening skills and a genuine desire to learn.
  • Successfully complete pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
