Job Summary

Austin Powder is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Vice President General Manager to lead the Southwest Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the financial health and measurable growth of the Division, developing and executing market strategy, managing operational efficiency and financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading talent management strategies to optimize performance and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead a team of experienced professionals to achieve Divisional goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a highly regulated industry.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
