- Verifies patient information, including demographics and insurance coverage, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assists with scheduling appointments, reminders, and paperwork preparation.
- Maintains confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA guidelines.
- Provides excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Works independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Our clinic is a medical/dental office setting, requiring the ability to sit and/or stand for long periods. Bending, stooping, and lifting (up to 50lbs) may be required. Interaction with physicians, patients, and other office personnel is essential.
