Job Description

At ZOLL LifeVest, we are seeking a skilled Patient Service Representative to train patients on the use of our wearable defibrillator. As a representative, you will work independently to set up equipment, train patients and caregivers, and follow up with patients as needed to ensure understanding and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage equipment and garment inventory
  • Contact caregivers and family to schedule fittings
  • Program equipment according to the prescribing physician's orders
  • Measure the patient and determine correct garment size
  • Train the patient and other caregivers in the use of the LifeVest
  • Fax the signed copy of the Patient Agreement and WEAR Checklist to ZOLL within 24 hours of the assignment

Qualifications:

  • Have 1 year of patient care experience
  • Patient experience must be professional and documented on resume
  • Disclose personal NPI number (if applicable)
  • Have a valid driver's license and car insurance
  • Willing to pay for additional training and vendor credentials
