Mari, a Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant in Hell's Kitchen, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing the back-of-house operations, ensuring seamless kitchen execution, and maintaining exceptional food quality.
Our ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of high-volume kitchen experience, preferably in fine dining establishments. They should have a genuine passion for food and Korean cuisine, as well as strong communication skills and a sense of urgency. A clean and organized work environment is essential to our success, and we require meticulous attention to detail and adherence to all health and safety protocols.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and commuter benefits.
