Senior Housing Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Housing Outreach Specialist to join our team at Goddard Riverside. As a key member of our outreach team, you will work closely with individuals experiencing homelessness and substance use issues to provide harm reduction services and support them in achieving stable housing.
About the Role:- Perform targeted outreach and engagement with individuals living on the streets, providing harm reduction supplies, education, and resources.
- Collaborate with our inter-disciplinary team to promote wellness and provide case management services to homeless adults.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and healthcare agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in outreach trips, drive outreach vehicles, and use public transportation as necessary.
- Assist with onboarding of new Housing Outreach Specialists and participate in program evaluation and improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Prior experience with the homeless, substance use, or mental health preferred.
- Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets the agency's auto insurance guidelines.
- Flexibility in work hours; available to work evening, overnight, and weekend shifts when required.
