Guest Service Representative

The Guest Service Agent is a key member of the HYATT house team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Check in and check out hotel guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Provide local information and recommendations to guests
- Handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale system
- Answer telephones and respond to guest inquiries
