Job Summary

Tryon Medical Partners is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Live Answer Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, answering calls and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and guests over the phone.
  • Answer and direct calls to the appropriate team members.
  • Verify patient demographic and insurance information.
  • Collect patient copays and balances.
  • Monitor and resolve registration errors.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare team members.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of medical office or healthcare experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for long periods and use a computer.
  • Ability to lift and support weight of 35 pounds.
