This sales position requires autonomy, but you will receive comprehensive training and support from an experienced team. We seek confident and determined individuals who can tackle challenges with enthusiasm.

Role Overview:

As a sales professional, you will be responsible for a specific territory. After training, you will reach out to businesses, schedule meetings, and provide insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Utilize CRM software to generate leads and expand your network
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
  • Set and meet monthly sales targets, driving business growth and revenue
  • Record daily sales activity, providing valuable insights for future improvement

Additional Requirements:

  • A background check will be conducted prior to employment
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
  • A Health & Life Insurance license is necessary for this role
