Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and cultivate potential customers and business opportunities within assigned accounts, both new and existing. Foster strong relationships within the designated territory, conducting personal sales visits to maximize success, ensuring at least three (3) full business days of customer engagement each week. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities by actively making sales calls and following up on quotes provided. Adhere to the required minimum quote standards as outlined in the sales framework. Utilize Microsoft CRM to effectively manage customer accounts and interactions, ensuring all communications and business dealings are documented with precision on a weekly basis. Collaborate with the service department to coordinate necessary service work, ensuring proper authorization is obtained prior to any service actions. Work closely with the Finance and Insurance Departments to provide accurate documentation and support for customer financing and insurance needs. Independently generate opportunities for Truck Warranties, RushCare Contract Maintenance, and RushCare telematics sales, focusing on understanding the comprehensive business needs of customers. Level 2 sales representatives are expected to achieve an average of 3 to 5 truck sales per month.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent educational background. A minimum of one year of relevant experience or training, or a combination of education and experience. Possession of a valid driver's license and compliance with insurance requirements.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Regular travel within the assigned territory is essential. Meet performance and productivity benchmarks as specified in the sales framework. Complete all necessary training as outlined in the sales system. Conduct business with integrity and professionalism, ensuring a positive representation of both self and the company. Uphold a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and ensuring compliance among all team members. Maintain current knowledge of truck specifications and industry standards. Accurately complete all documentation related to truck sales transactions. Secure approval from the Sales Manager for all truck deals. Promote a collaborative team environment by selling all available services: Parts, Service, Body Shop, New Trucks, and Used Trucks. Follow established procedures for completing truck sales paperwork using available systems.
