About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Direct Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion through strategic account management and business development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Utilize sales tools and technology, such as Salesforce, to track progress, manage sales pipelines, and analyze sales performance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B sales environment, preferably in the technical or IT training space.
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Please note that the salary range for this position is between $62,000 - $125,000, and the travel requirements are 20% - 30%.
