Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and key execution metrics
  • Develop and execute effective sales calls to ECPs, leveraging product solutions to address patient and practice needs
  • Develop account business plans for high-volume customers to drive sustainable growth
  • Responsible for executing a strategic territory business plan to develop new customers and accelerate growth with existing customers
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency and clinical knowledge of Bausch + Lomb Vision Care products
  • Utilize CRM system to maintain accurate customer information and account progress
  • Work with industry distributor partners to fulfill customer needs and align business strategies
  • Attend national and regional sales meetings and trade shows as needed
  • Coordinate ECP educational meetings in key markets
  • Submit administrative reports on a timely basis
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the eye health industry
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to anticipate, understand, and meet customer needs
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and workload planning skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
  • High aptitude for financial analysis and assimilation of complex information
  • Able to effectively utilize Microsoft Office suite of products and standard digital technology tools
